Pengrove Building Systems, Inc. is located in Western Pennsylvania off I-80 exit 53. Our marketing area includes all of New England, the Mid Atlantic States, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. A wide variety of styles are available including ranches, capes, two stories, specialty ranches, and commercial buildings. Custom plans are welcome and a wide variety of amenities are available.

At Pengrove we have a highly qualified team who works together with your builder/ developer to provide our potential homeowners with timely and professional service.

Our sales team will work with your builder to formulate a floor plan unique to your preferences, within your price range, and a price will be estimated. Next our engineering staff will produce a finalized floor plan that must be approved by the builder, homeowner, and if necessary your state. Once approved an order for your home is placed with one of our salesmen. Our engineers then draw production plans and these plans are forwarded to the plant where craftsmen skilled in specific area of home construction each do their part to assemble your new home.

The final product is a quality Pengrove home and a pleasantly satisfied new homeowner.
